When Registering…

Bring these things when registering.  ***any missing items may result in a loss of class placement so please be sure to bring everything at the time of registration***

• Registration Form (with 1st & 2nd choice class selection)
• Contract
• Completed Emergency Information Card (front & back)
• Copy of Current Immunization Records
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• $200 Registration Fee (per family)
• Last Month’s Tuition Deposit (applied to May 2023)
